A festival for all: on 26 May 2019 Wiener Staatsoper presents a performance at Herbert von Karajan Platz in the public area around the Wiener Staatsoper building (Ringstrasse around the opera house were blocked off) with ensemble singers, international guest artists and the orchestra and chorus of the Wiener Staatsoper under Marco Armiliato. The programme covered the world of opera literature.
